We had high hopes for our stay at the hotel, especially with its beautiful ocean views and generally decent food. The swimming pools were enjoyable, but the constant harassment from salespeople and the noisy rooms really took away from the experience. While I appreciated the attentive service in some areas and the cleanliness of the facilities, overall, it left much to be desired regarding tranquility and guest experience.

While our stay at Royal Solaris had its ups and downs, we appreciated the clean rooms and the friendly attitude of the staff. On the downside, we encountered issues with room availability and the timeshare presentation was a big hassle. The dining options were average, and the facilities felt underwhelming for what we expected from a resort. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
